Online attendance

All attendees will be provided with access to the online event, which will use the Zoom Events platform (which is a little different to a normal Zoom meeting). Presenters will receive a direct link to be able to access the event platform, and will also be able to log in via their Zoom account. Non-presenting attendees will be prompted to log in via their Zoom account. All attendees are encouraged to access the online platform – in addition to allowing you to view the programme, it will also allow you to plan which sessions you are attending and chat with other attendees across the conference and within sessions.

We strongly recommend that, when you receive the event invitation, you check you can access the online event. Please let us know if you have any issues, or need us to update the email address you use to access it. Please also update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client.

If you are an in-person attendee, we recommend that you travel with a device and headphones in case there is a situation where you have already travelled to Canberra and need to isolate in your accommodation, but still want to be able to attend conference sessions.
