All registered attendees have been provided with access to the online event, which will use the Zoom Events platform (which is a little different to a normal Zoom meeting). Attendees have been emailed digital tickets, and will be prompted to log in via their Zoom account (including Single Sign-On) to access the event. All attendees are encouraged to access the online platform – in addition to allowing you to view the programme, it will also allow you to plan which sessions you are attending, chat with other attendees across the conference and within sessions, and see any updates from the organisers during the conference.
We strongly recommend that you check you can access the online event in advance of the conference. Please let us know if you have any issues, or need us to update the email address you use to access it. Please also update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client.
If you are an in-person attendee, we recommend that you travel with a device and headphones in case there is a situation where you have already travelled to Canberra and need to isolate in your accommodation, but still want to be able to attend conference sessions.
