Oral presentations

Oral presentations in the parallel sessions will be 20 mins + 10 mins for questions. Scheduling details for presenters in special sessions will be sent through by the session organisers.

All in-person presenters are asked to either bring their presentation (.pptx or .pdf) to the scheduled room on a USB, at the start of the break preceding their session, or to upload it the evening before to this oral session folder, using your submission ID as the file name.

We are not able to offer presenters the option to present using their own laptops. Please make sure any fonts or audio/video are embedded in your presentation file. The computers in the conference venue will be Windows PCs.

Remote presenters will be asked to share their screen to give their presentation.

During question time, in-person presenters are asked to repeat questions asked by the in-person audience, so that the questions can also be easily heard by the online attendees.

If you have any issues uploading your talk before the conference, please email sst2022conf@gmail.com. If you have any issues uploading your talk after the conference has started, please seek out committee members Ksenia Gnevsheva or Michael Carne. Committee members will have orange name badges, and volunteers with yellow name badges can point you towards them.
