The call for papers for SST2022 is now closed.
The extended deadline for submissions to SST2022 is 24th June 2022, 11.59pm in the Niue time zone (UTC –11). Please note that there will be no further extensions to the deadline.
Authors must ensure that their initial paper or abstract submission is anonymised, with all author names and affiliations removed. Detailed abstracts must have a maximum length of 1 page, including references. Full papers must have a maximum length of 4 pages for the main content, but acknowledgements and references for full papers can continue onto a 5th page. (Note that this differs from previous years.)
Authors must also use one of the following templates to prepare their submission:
4-page paper (plus optional 5th page acknowledgments/references):
Word template, PDF example
LaTeX template, PDF example
1-page detailed abstract:

(If you use LaTeX via Overleaf, you can also find the paper and abstract templates there.)
Submissions that do not adhere to the maximum length and follow the provided templates may not be considered.
While there are no restrictions on the number of submissions an author’s name may appear on, note that each accepted paper/abstract must be associated with at least one unique author registration in order to be included in the programme. That is, at least one author of each submission must register to attend SST2022, and not also be the registering author on a different submission.
You will be required to upload a PDF of your anonymised submission via EasyChair, and will be able to indicate if you would like to be considered for one of the special sessions or for the ASSTA New Researcher Award.
If your submission is accepted, you will be required to upload your revised paper/abstract by September 16th.
